As a 2006 graduate with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, I knew back then that my purpose in life is to help others. In 2008, I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Fitness and Nutrition Coaching is my passion and God given purpose. I’ve had the blessing of experiencing my own journey of losing weight then gaining it all back (plus some), all the while helping others through theirs, which is the greatest source of knowledge I’ve found. My goal is to reach as many people as possible, whether in person or online, and help them become better versions of themselves. I am a mom of 2 teenage boys, wife, and fur mama, so I can relate to the busy, chaotic schedules. My relationships and connections built with my in person and online clients are the most rewarding part of my career. Each one of you hold a special place in my heart and fuel me to become a better coach every single day. The trust and bond built is vital in my client’s progress!

Elevation Fitness has been the best investment I’ve made! Amanda personalizes each clients program. This is not a cookie cutter weight loss program like the many I’ve done in the past.
